This Cannot Be True! Does The Chinese/Japanese/Other Oriental Country Have A Slaughtering Van?
I saw a picture at school once of a vehicle that went around the streets and picked up people who were doing something wrong (presumably REALLY wrong) and then slughtered them inside the van. Is there any evidence to back this up?

I'm writing ekphrastic poetry about a holiday I took to China for my EE2 major work, and I need a Chinese equivalent for this Anglo saying.
